Problem Statement
Small businesses struggle to transition to online sales due to a lack of technical know-how and resources.
Meanwhile, freelance livestreamers with talents in entertainment and sales find it challenging to secure steady work. Both groups face difficulties in tracking the ROI of their online sales efforts, impacting their ability to gauge the effectiveness of their strategies.

Product: Deliver a user-friendly platform that facilitates instant digitisation for small businesses and creates a seamless matchmaking experience with freelancers.

Design Process
The design process began with understanding the needs and challenges of small businesses and freelancers through user interviews and surveys. This informed the creation of personas representing our core user groups: small business owners and freelance livestreamers. Key features were ideated based on insights, such as an AI-driven matching algorithm, a simple streaming kit, and multilingual support to cater to Melbourne's diverse population. User flows and journey maps were developed to visualize the steps users would take to achieve their goals within the app, from signing up to completing a livestream sale. Prototyping and usability testing followed, allowing for iterative design refinements based on feedback. The focus was on simplifying the interface for ease of use while ensuring a robust matching system and effective analytics tools.
